Dental surgery
Dental surgery involves a number of treatments in the oral cavity area. For most patients, it is associated only with tooth extraction, while its scope is much greater. In our clinic, we perform all procedures in the field of dental surgery and maxillofacial surgery. The procedures are usually performed under local anesthesia. Depending on the type of surgery and the patient’s wishes, it is possible to perform procedures under general anesthesia under the constant supervision of the anesthetic team.
The main areas of dental surgery activities:
- tooth extraction and removal of impacted teeth,
- root apex resection,
- hemisection,
- radectomy,
- periodontal surgery (e.g. cutting the frenulum),
- implant surgery

Immediate implantation
Dental surgery is not only about removing a tooth. In some cases, our surgeons may perform an implantation procedure in the place of the extracted tooth immediately after the extraction. It is an immediate implantation in a fresh socket. However, the first stage is usually tooth extraction, and then after 6 weeks, after the healing period, a dental implant is implanted. The benefits of such treatment are, above all, fewer treatments and shorter treatment time.
Thanks to the precision of our surgeons and the use of appropriate anesthesia, the procedures are absolutely painless. Most patients return to their daily activities the very next day after surgery.

Our team of doctors makes every effort to ensure that tooth extraction is a last resort.
If patients follow the recommended follow-up visits after treatment, they can enjoy a beautiful smile for many years.
