ALL ON 4 / ALL ON 6
ALL ON 4 is a technique for restoring teeth in one day, usually without additional procedures like bone regeneration. On the day of the procedure, 4 or 6 implants are placed in patients maxilla and/or mandible. On the day of the procedure, patient leaves the clinic with full teeth (a temporary prosthetic bridge screwed to the implants). After 6 months, the temporary bridge is replaced with a permanent bridge.

ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS (WITH BAD BONE CONDITIONS)

BONDING
Bonding is a non-invasive method of aesthetic tooth restoration. We use nanocomposite resins to make it possible to get rid of unsightly stains, brighten the color of teeth, replenish abrasions, chipping and chips, and even close diastemas.
The effect is achieved immediately, but it is temporary (bonding durability is estimated at 3-5 years). Before bonding, the teeth must be cleaned of decay and the periodontium must be healthy. HOW LONG DOES THE BONDING LAST?
The effect of a properly performed bonding procedure using properly selected high-quality materials should last up to five years. The final durability is affected not only by the strength of the composites used, but also by the patient's eating habits.
DOES IN-OFFICE WHITENING DAMAGE ENAMEL?

ARE DENTAL IMPLANTS SAFE?
Dental implants are a safe method for the patient to replace missing teeth. It is very rare that the implant fails to fuse with the bone and has to be removed, but this is not accompanied by any side effects. If the procedure is performed by an experienced dentist, there is certainly no reason to worry.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT YOU CAN REGAIN YOUR SMILE IN 1 DAY?
Through the cooperation of the entire team, the patient is able to achieve a fully functional and aesthetic appearance of the dentition in no time. Both bonding and whitening can be performed by the doctor in 1- 2 hours. It takes a couple of hours to make a prosthetic restoration on implants, which is performed by both the doctor and the prosthetic laboratory. The patient leaves the clinic with new and beautiful teeth without having to come the next day.
WHAT ARE ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS?
Zygomatic implants are titanium screws that are several times longer than standard implants. They are intended for patients who cannot have traditional implants due to bone atrophy. They are therefore implanted directly into the zygomatic bones. These implants significantly shorten surgical procedures and in their case we exclude bone regeneration, which is often needed with standard implants.
WHAT ARE THE INDICATIONS FOR IMPLANTATION?
Zygomatic implants are used for patients with complete anodontia of the jaw, who have residual dentition or no upper teeth.
People with significant bone loss have the option of full prosthetic reconstruction, which was not possible with standard implants.
Zygomatic implants are an excellent solution especially for patients whose prosthodontist has identified contraindications to the use of traditional implants. It is an alternative to wearing dentures, which many patients find inconvenient.
HOW DOES PREPARING FOR THE PLACEMENT OF ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS LOOK LIKE?
The basis for implant placement is an X-ray and computed tomography. During the medical interview with the doctor performing the procedure, any changes and inflammation of the sinuses must be excluded. When the patient is qualified for the implantation of zygomatic implants, the attending physician decides on the further process of the procedure - he decides whether to use general anesthesia or local anesthesia. The zygomatic implant procedure takes about 2h and the recovery time is about 2 weeks.
HOW DOES THE INSERTING OF ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS LOOK LIKE?
Zygomatic implants are long bolts that are from 3 to 5 cm long. They are inserted at a high angle into the zygomatic bone.
Immediately after the implantation, it is possible to load them with a temporary bridge (however, this is not always possible). Implants integration takes place after about 6 months - then the final prosthetic reconstruction, i.e. bridges and crowns, can be applied.
It is an alternative method of prosthetic rehabilitation to complex surgical treatment. There is no need to perform a sinus lift, which is lifting the bottom of the maxillary sinus.
WHAT ARE THE RESULTS OF INSERTING ZYGOMATIC IMPLANTS AND WAYS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR NEW SMILE?
Maintaining proper hygiene is very important. It increases the durability of the prosthetic restoration. In addition to the standard brushing, it's worth getting an extra assortment like dental floss or an irrigator for mouth rinsing. In addition to proper hygiene at home, regular check-up visits and professional hygienization at least once every six months are important.
