The procedure involves filling and shaping the lips using an appropriately tailored filler. Products based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid with various consistencies (from semi-liquid to highly cohesive gels) allow for achieving spectacular effects tailored to different patient needs. Bruxism is the excessive and involuntary activity of the masseter muscles. Teeth clenching and grinding during sleep are characteristic of bruxism. This uncontrolled phenomenon has negative health and aesthetic consequences.

The causes of this condition are not precisely defined, but most common factors include stress, the presence of parasites in the body, and certain medical conditions. The use of botulinum toxin in the treatment of bruxism can be considered as an adjunctive method while simultaneously using relaxation splints (transparent overlays) worn on the teeth, or as a standalone method if the patient does not accept the use of relaxation splints.
The action of botulinum toxin involves temporarily blocking the nerve impulse flow to the masseter muscle. This causes a reduction in muscle tension and, as a result, its contraction and relaxation, preventing overactivity. Muscle tension and pain are reduced. Over time, teeth grinding symptoms also diminish, facial lines in the jaw area soften, and even a visible rejuvenation can occur. The effect lasts for 6 to 8 months. During the action of the preparation, the muscles are weakened, the tension in the jaw is reduced, and our face appears slimmer as the muscles lose their volume.

One of the most popular and least invasive aesthetic medicine treatments. When performed regularly, it can effectively slow down the aging process. It involves intradermal injection of a product tailored to the individual needs of the patient.
After consultation and determining the patient’s specific concern, the type of product is chosen. The administered cocktails typically consist of a mixture of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid (or weakly cross-linked hyaluronic acid), vitamins, amino acids, peptides, nucleic acids, and minerals.
The selected product is administered subcutaneously using a series of punctures in predetermined areas.
The positive effects of mesotherapy are twofold. Firstly, they are attributed to the active ingredients in the used “cocktail,” which moisturize and nourish the skin. Secondly, the act of skin puncturing itself, causing micro-injuries, stimulates cell regeneration, leading to improved skin density and firmness.
Mesotherapy treatment should be performed in a series of approximately 4 sessions with 2-4 week intervals. To maintain the effect, the treatment should be repeated every few months.
