Our team - Tomasz Nałęcz

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of the West of Scotland (BA Management). He has extensive banking and consulting experience in risk assessment, structuring transactions with debt and equity financing as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also conducted many market analyzes and independent company reviews. In addition, he has extensive management experience. He implemented projects for management boards, owners, banks and investment funds. He started his professional career in investment banking. He took his next steps at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Manager in the Restructuring and Financing Team and RSQ Associates, Investment Director responsible for obtaining financing and capital for development projects, restructuring and interim management (contract management of restructured companies). In 2017, he became involved in dental industry, and since then using his previous experience, he successfully acquires and restructures dental clinics in the Warsaw area. He constantly broadens his knowledge in dentistry by participating in numerous trainings (MEMS Oboda) and conferences. As far as time allows, he is passionate about sport shooting, basketball and travel.
