A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of the West of Scotland (BA Management). He has extensive banking and consulting experience in risk assessment, structuring transactions with debt and equity financing as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also conducted many market analyzes and independent company reviews. In addition, he has extensive management experience. He implemented projects for management boards, owners, banks and investment funds. He started his professional career in investment banking. He took his next steps at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Manager in the Restructuring and Financing Team and RSQ Associates, Investment Director responsible for obtaining financing and capital for development projects, restructuring and interim management (contract management of restructured companies). In 2017, he became involved in the dentistry industry, where he successfully uses and previously acquired experience to take over and restructure dental clinics in Warsaw. He constantly broadens his knowledge of dentistry by participating in numerous trainings (MEMS Oboda) and conferences. As far as time allows, he is passionate about sport, basketball and travel.
